Sanchi completed her high school degree in Albuquerque before eventually moving to Chicago for college, where she attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago to pursue a BFA. There, she quickly fell in love with interior architecture, architecture history (which she minored in), and graphic design. Born in Vietnam and adopted at the age of 3, Nu grew up traveling with her family while on vacations and fell in love with buildings. Her fascination to discover how buildings are designed drew her to architecture.

Gary graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2010 before relocating to Toronto, Canada where he spent 12 years in the private sector working on luxury residential and commercial projects. In 2022, Gary moved to Miami, Florida as an owner’s representative where his strong cost management background has proven invaluable to owners & investors on the large complex projects he manages. In order to provide his clients with the best possible level of service, Gary gets involved early in the development stage and works closely with the stakeholders to ensure value for money is achieved and maintained throughout the project. Neil O’Connor Cox graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2010 before joining Irelands Leading Quantity Surveying practice where he specialized in multi-family and commercial development across Ireland, UK and the Middle East. Neil spent 5 years involved in the luxury high rise condominium market in Toronto, Canada where he specialized in construction finance, construction loan monitoring and project management.

A palette of whites, deep blues, and gold creates an elegant atmosphere in the formal living room, which was designed by Rachel Duarte. Designer Rachel Scheff used the home’s spectacular ceiling, woodwork, and stained glass as the inspirations for her fanciful, flora- and fauna-filled foyer. “It was one of my favorite rooms in the house because it was the one that had the most history preserved, and I wanted to really celebrate that,” she told AD PRO. For her Foyer of Enchantment, Scheff installed a custom mural by Hattas Art Studios, a John Richard chandelier dripping with glass leaves, a silk wall covering by Aux Abris, and organic furniture created with Amorph Studio.

Kane was involved in the full life cycle of real estate development of some of the newest hotels in Dublin including the iconic Clery’s mixed-use development. After working 2 years in Ireland, he has returned to Plus Development to manage and complete future developments. Possessing a unique blend of architecture, construction administration, and development experience, she offers a practical approach with the highest level of design setting her apart in the industry. She has worked on over 12.5 million square feet of projects covering a range of locations from New York to Seattle, South America, and the Middle East. Featured designers with collections in the show included Carlton Jones, Cheval, Karl Kani, Adrienne Landau and Melesia Robinson.
